Are minors allowed to shows?

Not all of our content is family friendly, but Tulips welcomes music fans of all ages. We are 18+ without supervision and those 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. On occasion we may have age restricted shows. Check event listing for age restrictions before purchasing. Minors will be marked accordingly.

When do shows start?

Unless otherwise noted, Doors are at 7 p.m. and first set begins at 8 p.m.

Where can I get tickets to shows at Tulips?

Right here! On this website! Scroll over to the calendar tab and clicking on the event will take you to a ticket page

I can’t come, can a friend take my ticket?

Sure! We can scan emails and screenshots, just make sure that the whole barcode is visible.

What about my tickets from StubHub?

That is a risk you take. If we cannot scan a barcode, or the barcode has already been scanned in, we cannot guarantee your admission.

I meant to tip, but forgot to close my tab!

That’s okay, walked tabs will generously leave a 20 percent tab for the bar. If you left your credit card, it can be picked up during open hours from 5 -7 p.m.

Where do I park?

There is late night street parking on St. Louis and Vickery Blvd., along with various open lots in the neighborhood.

Do you do private events?

Absolutely! Drop us a line at info@tulipsftw.com

Do you sell gift certificates?

We do! Email us at info@tulipsftw.com, so we can have yours printed out for when you arrive!

When are you open?

Happy Hour kicks off with $5 Wells and $3 off drafts at 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and for daytime drinking Saturdays and Sundays at 5

When does the box office open?

Box Office opens 30 minutes before doors

What is Tulips’ refund policy?

All sales are final. All events are rain or shine, unless otherwise noted, but may be canceled due to dangerous conditions. All artists, dates, times, and locations are subject to change without notice

Is food available at Tulips?

Depending on the night Tulips will have a food truck or food catered. We allow outside food, except when we have a concert going on. If you are a chef or food truck purveyor and would like to work an event, please reach out to info@tulipsftw.com

We have great restaurants around the corner like Bearded Lady, Tinie’s, High Top Grub & Pub, Panther City BBQ and Nickel City, if you want to plan a night.

How many people can come to a show?

We have a comfortable capacity of just under 500

Can I take photos, video, or audio recordings of the show?

NO FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY EVER! With enough advance notice, we can reach out to the artist for approval of cameras with interchangeable lens and stage access. This does not guarantee approval, so do not bring a professional camera (SLR, interchangeable lens, Camera bag) without explicit confirmation.

Where can I sit?

Short answer is it depends on the show. If you see general admission read STANDING ROOM ONLY, but we frequently have a limited number of tables and chairs, if you see them on the venue map on the ticket link. When purchasing tickets, you will be given the option to purchase seats if they are available. To guarantee seating, purchase the owner’s box with four seats and a preferred experience. Or, if it’s available, upgrade to the VIP section at the door!

Is Tulips ADA accessible? If I or someone in my party has special needs, can you accommodate us

We are ADA friendly and take every pain to make everyone feel as comfortable at Tulips as they are with friends in their living room. If you have a special need and want to make sure your experience is the best it can be, please reach out to us in advance of the show, and we’ll figure out how we can help!

Is security on site?

Security is always on site for your and our protection.

Where can I store my backpack or jacket?

In your car. Backpacks and large purses are not allowed and all attendees are subject to search. We do not have a coat storage.

I can’t bring in my purse?!

Of course you can, so long as it is small purse or clutch. Good rule of thumb is if it is larger than a standard 8.5” x 11” piece of paper, IT CANNOT COME IN.

Do you have a lost and found?

Indeed we do. Call us or drop by during business hours to let us know what you’re missing.

How do I work for Tulips?
